It is designed to comply with internationally recognized privacy standards, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), to the extent each applies.

  • Information collected automatically — device and browser type, IP address, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).
  • Information from third parties — analytics providers, partner organizations (e.g., ATI, UPLB, FluidExponents) where you have consented to such sharing, and publicly available sources.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (e.g., health, biometric, or genetic information) through this Site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Project partners — only with your consent, and only as necessary for the inquiry or partnership you have initiated (e.g., ATI, UPLB, FluidExponents, LGUs, or accredited dealers).
  • Affiliates within the 4G group of companies, located in Canada, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Ghana.
  • Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or reorganization, subject to confidentiality.

Because we operate across multiple continents, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including Canada, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Ghana. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or your explicit consent, and we apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to satisfy applicable legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, and to resolve disputes. Inquiry records are typically retained for up to 24 months. Contractual records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus the applicable statutory limitation period.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • operate essential Site functionality (strictly necessary cookies);
  • remember preferences (functional cookies);
  • understand aggregate traffic and improve content (analytics cookies).

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect your experience on the Site. Where required by law, we obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

9. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is, however, 100% secure.

California residents may also request disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion, and exercise the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@greengoldbio.tech. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 30 days).

The Site is not directed to children under 16 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites or social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their policies before providing personal information.
