1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 4G Green Gold Global Group Bio Tech Inc. ("4G", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of greengoldbio.tech and any related content, features, or services (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you submit content to us (e.g., through the contact form), you grant 4G a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and adapt such content solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, operating the Site, and improving our services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that the content does not violate any law or third-party right.
8. Product Information & Inquiries
Product listings on the Site (including prices, specifications, availability, and partner attributions) are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer for sale. We do not currently process orders, payments, or shipping through the Site. To request pricing, samples, distributorship, or to place an order, please contact us through our contact form or via the channels listed in Section 14.
Any subsequent supply of products or services is governed by a separate written agreement between 4G (or an authorized partner) and the customer, including, where applicable, terms of sale, regulatory disclosures, and applicable certifications. Product images and content are illustrative; actual products may vary by region, formulation, and certification.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including those of our partners (e.g., ATI, UPLB, FluidExponents) and social media platforms. 4G does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of those third parties. Use of such third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Information about biotechnology products, scientific results, projections, and regulatory matters is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for professional, legal, regulatory, or agronomic advice in your specific jurisdiction.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4G and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall in no event exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid 4G in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD 100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 4G and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of any third party.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, and 15) shall do so.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Toronto, Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
15. General
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and 4G regarding the Site.
- Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them freely.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
