Disability-inclusive agri-enterprise campus · in partnership with empowerAbility Org

A flagship campus and training programme co-developed with empowerAbility Org, Ghana's leading disability-inclusive civil society organisation, to equip Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) with professional-grade agricultural skills. Built on Universal Design for Learning principles, the campus combines on-site bioreactor production, integrated poultry, magnetic-energy generation, and a 200-student training school across six certified enterprise streams.

Hope And Rehabilitation Via Empowering Skills Training

A 5-year agricultural rehabilitation and economic empowerment programme for Ghanaian inmates, cultivating coconut, cashew, shea, coffee, mango, and oil palm across multiple correctional facilities. Currently advancing toward formal agreements with national correctional and tree-crop authorities, with an income model that channels productive labour into family support, personal savings, and reintegration capital.

Zero-waste, high-yield, youth-led coconut industrial engine

A coastal-agriculture programme centred on climate-smart tissue-culture coconut, biological pest eradication of the Rhinoceros Beetle, probiotic-enhanced fertilisers, and a zero-waste processing centre that monetises 100% of the coconut — primary products, biochar, syngas, bioelectricity, and carbon credits — under a shared-equity cooperative model.

A self-reinforcing rural enterprise integrating a 4G Probio bio-fertiliser plant, a 20,000-layer commercial poultry enterprise, FeatherSense AI for precision poultry health, a Magnetic Generator Model 50 for zero-emission energy, water treatment with precision irrigation across 50 hectares, and a digital agribusiness platform connecting Hub-linked farmers to inputs, finance, and markets.

17,000-hectare industrial-kenaf circular zone · aligned with Zimbabwe’s Vision 2030

A flagship industrial-kenaf programme designed under a 50-year SPV framework — combining premium fibre, kenaf seed oil, activated biochar, MRV-grade carbon credits, and surplus 4G Probio fertiliser into five diversified revenue streams. Phase 1 deploys a 5,000-hectare inner-core pilot — including 1,350 hectares dedicated to smallholder food crops — before scaling to the full 17,000-hectare circular zone, powered by a 1,000 kg/hr zero-waste pyrolysis line, MagGennie off-grid magnetic generators, and 10,000 CMD water treatment.
